This Privacy Policy describes how The Alexander Hamilton Foundation (the “Foundation,” “we,” or “our”) collects and uses information in connection with its website at tahf.org (the “Site”).

The Site is designed to function without requiring visitors to create an account or submit personal information. We may receive information in the following ways:

If you write to us through the contact form or at an email address listed on the Site, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to share. Information about grantees and applicants
When the Foundation's grant programs open, separate terms will govern the collection and use of information submitted in applications. Those terms will be presented to applicants at the time of application.
As part of its commitment to transparency, the Foundation intends to publish a record of its grants, including recipient scholars, host institutions, programs, disciplines, and award periods. Applicants will be informed of this practice at the time of application.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under thirteen, and the Foundation does not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.
